The Story

A world worth
wondering about.

Most games for kids fall into one of two traps: loud combat that parents hate, or licensed characters with nothing to actually discover. Lumara is neither.

In Lumara, you play as a unicorn roaming a glowing living world at dusk. Every meadow, creek, and ancient forest holds real plants and animals — foxgloves and fireflies, red foxes and moon orchids — waiting to be found.

There is no enemy to beat. There is only the joy of looking closely, and the thrill of discovering something you have never seen before.

"Screen time they come to me excited about — not something I have to drag them away from."

— Parent of two Lumara players

Inside the Game

Your Discovery Journal
fills itself, one wonder at a time.

Every creature and plant you find is catalogued with real facts, illustrations, and a short story. Learning disguised as pure delight.

Real Nature Facts

Every species in Lumara is real. Kids learn where fireflies glow brightest, why foxgloves are both poison and medicine, and what owls eat for breakfast — without a single quiz.

A World That Breathes

Day turns to dusk. Seasons shift the forest canopy. Rain brings out different creatures entirely. Lumara is never the same world twice — there is always something new to find.

Your Unicorn, Your Story

As you discover more, your unicorn grows new abilities — not powers for fighting, but gifts for exploring deeper: seeing in the dark, hearing distant birdsong, sensing hidden blooms.

Our Promise

Built for kids.
Trusted by parents.

Every decision in Lumara starts with one question: does this make a child feel more curious, or more anxious? We never ship anything that makes parents worry.

Pure wonder — no pressure

No timers, no lives lost, no fail states. Lumara lets kids explore at their own pace, following their own curiosity wherever it leads.

Real nature, gently taught

Every species discovery teaches real biology, ecology, and wonder — vetted by educators, never dumbed down, always age-appropriate.

Honest about money

No loot boxes, no pay-to-win, no surprise charges. If we ever offer paid content, it will be optional cosmetics — never something that blocks a child from exploring.
